The CTU-NetTest is a certified tool under the Regulation (EU) 2015/2120. That means it is a monitoring mechanism established and operated by Czech Telecommunication Office for the purpose of verifying the IAS performance by the end user and of the possibility to activate means of remedy. CTU guarantees its functioning, certain level of accuracy, connectivity with high capacity connection to a peer node, and transparency of the method.
